As Vice President of Munselle, Inc., Susan Avedikian brings over 25 years of real estate experience specializing in real estate management, leasing, project management, energy management and financial reporting. Susan provides clients with real estate solutions ranging from acquisition, leasing, development, management, etc. Specializing in commercial all properties including office, retail, medical and industrials properties. With an impressive resume of clientele and brokerage relationships, Susan overseas the day to day deal negotiations.
Prior to joining Munselle, Inc., Susan served as Senior Real Estate Manager for 550 N. Brand Owner’s Corporation and her responsibilities included day to day operations of a 300,000 square foot Class A high rise office building, budgeting and reporting, capital and tenant improvement projects, vendor contract bidding, LEED EB/energy management, tenant relations, lease renewals, etc. During Susan’s leadership, the management team was able to add over 20% occupancy, obtain LEED EB Gold Level Certificate, Energy Star score of 93 and many other accomplishments.
Previously, Susan worked with Douglas Emmett, a Southern California-based real estate investment trust (REIT) active in the commercial office and multifamily property markets of California and Hawaii for 10 years. At Douglas Emmett, Susan had a broad range or responsibilities which included management, leasing, financial reporting, and training of staff as well as overseeing corporate projects such as vendor bid management. Her responsibilities included the real estate management of a portfolio of buildings which included retail, office and medical tenants. By providing a high level of service to tenants and overall asset maintenance and management, Susan was able to achieve 100% and 97% building occupancy.
Prior to employment with Douglas Emmett, Susan worked for The Voit Companies at Warner Center. At Warner Center, Susan was responsible for the day to day operations as well as administrative duties for a portfolio of seven (7) buildings which included medical, industrial, retail and office.
